This Privacy Policy describes how Zaling Corporation (“Zaling,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with the Greetwise Services and websites.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account and Billing Information: Name, business name, email, phone, address, payment details, plan information.
  • Service Usage Data: Call detail records (numbers dialed/received, duration, timestamps), routing rules, configuration settings, device/IP information, app usage logs.
  • Call Content: Audio recordings, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, caller ID/ANI, and related metadata when features are enabled.
  • Communications: Support tickets, emails, feedback.
  • Automatically Collected: Cookies, pixels, log data, analytics (see Cookie section).
  • From Third Parties: Payment processors, carriers, or public sources as needed for the Services.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services (including AI features).
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Send service-related communications, summaries, and notifications.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
  • Analyze usage in aggregated or de-identified form to improve products (including AI models, subject to your choices and applicable law).
  • With your consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

3. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers and subprocessors (carriers, cloud hosting, AI infrastructure, payment processors, analytics) under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • Affiliates within Zaling.
  • Legal authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice where required).
  • With your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. Under certain state laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA), “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising may have specific meanings; see the state-specific section below.

4. Call Recordings, Transcripts, and AI Processing

When you enable recording, transcription, or the AI virtual agent, the content of calls is processed to deliver those features. You control enablement and are responsible for obtaining required consents from callers. We process such data as a service provider/processor on your behalf for the purpose of providing the Services.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to your plan settings and our retention schedule (details available in the dashboard or upon request). You may request deletion subject to legal holds and technical limitations.

6. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access, correct, or delete personal information.
  • Opt out of certain processing or “sales”/sharing.
  • Receive a portable copy of data.
